1 – Site has proper signage 2 – Tank was not accessible during the inspection 3 – Tank appeared to be structurally sound 4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner 5 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted 6 – Septage appears to be used in a timely manner 7 – Setbacks were not measured at the time of the inspection due to accessiblity
