The decals or lettering shall include the name, address (town name), phone number and septage management firm permit number. All decals or lettering on the pumper vehicle shall be no less than three inches in height and plainly visible. Identification shall be permanently attached (no removable signs). The town name (Sanford) and part of the firm name (Service) are less than three inches in height on both sides of the pump truck. Instructed Mr. & Mrs. Saucedo to correct these two items to at least three in height on both sides and submit a photo showing the correction. The phone number, permit number and other part of the firm name (Triangle Grease and Septic) are in compliance on both sides of this pump truck. A photo was submitted by email and based on this information it appears that the truck lettering is now in compliance. Tag #YA143617, VIN 1M1AK064X7N022449, 4,000 gallons. 2. Tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. 3. No septage jobs shall be performed until the firm permit is issued by the Raleigh Central office. When operation does commence then begin maintaining the truck pumping log to record the required information for each pump job. Enclosed is an example truck pumping log. 4. Attend a continuing education class so that the firm permit may be renewed this winter. Enclosed is a 2018 class schedule – register for one of the remaining locations to obtain the 4hrs of firm training. 5. Enclosed are also disposal lists and my business card. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.
