ADDITIONAL COMMENTS;
01 - This un-scheduled facility inspection was a partial facility compliance inspection conducted by the windshield along with Andy Davis, Andrew Hammonds and John College.
02 - This inspection was conducted on the Closed 9801-MSWLF-1990 and Closed 9801-CDLF-1997 located at the
Wilson Co. Westside Landfill, permit # 9809-CDLF. 03 - Edge of waste markers present. Some are being replaced.
04 - Need to start removing saplings before they grow larger. Roots can cause a potential leachate issue. As noted on the inspection report, dated August 04, 2017. 05 - No major erosion observed.
06 - Monitoring Wells not checked during this inspection. 07 - Facility has decent cover. Continue efforts to control weeds from taking over grasses. May need to mow
more frequent to keep the weeds from choking out grasses.
08 - No pictures taken during this inspection.
