ADDITIONAL COMMENTS;
01 – This un-scheduled facility inspection was a partial facility compliance inspection conducted by the windshield
along with Andy Davis, Andrew Hammonds and John College. 02 – The Yard Waste site was well maintained.
03 – The Land Clearing & Inert Debris pile had not been covered this week. Please remember to cover monthly at a
minimum. 04 – The C&DLF working face was less than a 1/2 acre. Has some windblown trash to be picked up.
05 – Roads were maintained well and made of all-weather materials. 06 – Site has signage and locking gate for security. 07 – Records were not review during this inspection.
08 – Overall facility maintained OK. 09 – No pictures were taken during this inspection.
