enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new vehicle. Texas tag#K04-0976, VIN 1FVACKCS14HM54254, 2800 gallons.
2. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted.
The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle. This vehicle is in compliance at this time.
3. No other vehicles were inspected and truck logs were not reviewed at this time.
4. If training requirements have not yet been met for 2018, please register for one of the remaining locations listed
on the enclosed class schedule.
