General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) Required signage present.
2) Tanks accessible for inspection. Some old vegetation present around the tanks. Be sure to keep the
vegetation down.
3) Tanks appear to be ok. No leaks noticed today.
4) No septage spills noticed.
5) No objectionable odors or vector problems noticed.
6) No change noticed with setbacks.
7) The four tanks appear to be mostly empty. Tanks do not appear to be used much.
