Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) All required information on both sides of the 3 pump trucks. All lettering was at least 3 inches in height. The
hose rack on the pump truck with license plate # HE-9871 is partially blocking the lettering on the driver’s side of the truck. Pictures of the truck below.
2) The tanks on all 3 pump trucks appear to be structurally sound. 3) All tanks bolted to the frame of the trucks. Need bigger washers for the pump truck with license plate # HE-9871 under the bed for the bolts holding the tank to the frame of the truck.
4) All valves and access ports appear to be in working order. 5) No leaks noticed.
6) Caps present on the uptake and discharge ports.
