Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) All required information present on both sides of the pump truck. All lettering was at least 3 inches in height.
2) Tank is made of aluminum and appears to be structurally sound. 3) Tank bolted to the frame of the truck.
4) Access ports appear to have proper fitting lids. Valves appear to be in working order. Caps present on outlet ports. 5) No leaks noticed. 6) Truck passes inspection.
