or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) Not all labeling on the truck. The phone number was only on the trash dumpster. Also, the town name
was less than three (3) inches in height. All required labeling needs to be on the truck. Please add the
phone number to the truck. The town name needs to be at least three (3) inches in height. Also,
relocate the permit number from the pump frame behind truck cab on the driver’s side to a more visible
location on the same side. Send me pictures when the lettering has been completed.
2) Tank made of metal and appears to be structurally sound.
3) Tank attached to the frame of the truck.
4) No issues noted with any ports to the tank.
5) No leaks noticed.
6) Caps present on the hose port.
7) Pictures received by email on 04/03/18 to confirm that the lettering had been updated as requested.
