or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) Previously operated as Spotless Grease Trap. All required information is on both sides of the pump
truck. However, the permit number listed on the truck is the one for Spotless Grease Trap (NCS-
01144). All lettering at least 3 inches in height. Need to get updated permit number on truck.
2) Tank appears to be structurally sound.
3) Tank bolted to the frame of the truck.
4) No leaks noticed.
5) Caps present on the hose ports.
6) Truck records not checked.
7) Application received on 01/13/18. Permit fee payment received on 01/16/18. Called Darrell on
01/16/18 to give him the permit number, NCS-01416, assigned to Triangle Grease Trap.
8) Truck will need to be reinspected.
