enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) Working on getting a NC license plate.
2) Firm name, permit number, and phone number on both sides of the truck. The phone number listed on
the truck was a local number (919-446-1700). The town name was in within the website listed on the
truck. The permit number letters need to be a little wider on both sides. The letters were very narrow
and some were a little less than 3 inches in height. Also, please add the town name so that it is by itself
on both sides of the truck. Billy said that he could have the changes completed in 14 days. Email me
pictures when completed.
3) Tank appears to be structurally sound.
4) Tank bolted to the frame of the truck.
5) All valves appear to be in working order. Caps presents on quick connect ports.
6) No leaks noticed.
7) Truck can be used. Just email me pictures of the updated lettering. My email address is
