General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1) The required signage is present.
2) The area around the tanks is well maintained. 3) Inspected 4 steel tanks. All tanks appear to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed.
4) Septage appears to be transferred to and from the tanks in a safe and sanitary manner. No septage
spills noticed. 5) No odor or vector issues noticed today.
6) No setback issues noticed.
7) Tanks appear to be used on a regular basis.
