Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1) Required signage present.
2) Tanks accessible for inspection. 3) Inspected 2 fiberglass coated steel tanks. Tanks appear to be structurally sound. No leaks noticed.
4) No septage spills noticed.
5) No objectionable odors or vector issues noticed. 6) Setbacks appear to be ok.
7) Tanks appear to be used on a regular basis.
