No violations noted on the previous inspection conducted on 05/10/16.
OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:

administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1) The required signage present with septage land application sign.
2) Tanks accessible for inspection. 3) Two steel tanks inspected. No leaks noticed. One concrete tank present at the end of the first tank to
help with the mixing of lime with septage for lime stabilization. No septage in concrete tank.
4) Septage appears to be transferred to and from the tanks in a safe and sanitary manner. No septage spills noticed.
5) No objectionable odors or vector issues noted today.
6) No change noticed that would affect setbacks. 7) Septage present in the tanks. Tanks appear to be used periodically.
8) Application received for permit renewal on 07/29/16.
2 metal tanks for storage of septage. Concrete tank not for storage of septage.
