The site is located on Mill Branch Road, east of the WWTP, which is near the 421/701 interchange. 2. Under the Notification, this facility is allowed to accept the following: a. Untreated and unpainted wood b. Silviculture Waste c. Yard Trash d. Yard Waste 3. This facility serves as a temporary holding site for yard trash. Waste is transferred to a permitted compost facility (Terra Blue). Siting 1. A Comprehensive Audit was performed to determine compliance. 2. There did not appear to be any buffer issues on the site. 3. There were no erosion issues observed. 4. No waste was observed.
