enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) Truck has the required lettering and the letters were at least 3 inches in height. Manteo was listed on the truck for town name.
2) Tank appeared to be structurally sound.
3) Tank bolted to the frame of the truck. 4) Valves appear to be in working order.
5) No leaks noticed. 6) Caps present on ports. 7) Records not checked.
8) No issues noticed with the truck.
