or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1) Required information on both sides of the truck. Letters at least 3 inches in height.
2) Tank is made of metal and appears to be structurally sound. 3) Tank bolted to the frame of the truck.
4) The valves appeared to be in working order. Caps present on hose ports. Other access ports appeared
to have proper fitting lids. 5) No leaks noticed.
6) Truck logs not reviewed.
7) This truck replaces truck with VIN # 1HTSCAAN1WH543399. Only has one truck on the road.
