FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Permit renewal under review at this time. 2. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 3. Field 2 has been harvested. Field 1 has not been cut and appears to be currently in use. Noted a significant amount of weeds on Field 1. Contact your local extension agent for a site visit to discuss weed issues and the correct action to take to control weeds & vegetation other than fescue. 4. Field markers appear accurate on both fields. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met but were not measured at this time. Maintain the markers around the woody debris area on Field 1 - do not land apply in this area. 5. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries but it appears that the spray path has come very close to the boundaries of Field 1 on the swale side and the north end. Ensure that the spray path does not extend past the boundary. 6. No sign of recent or heavy application. No odors noted. 7. Soil samples shall be taken by the permit holder this fall.
