ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Seven tanks available for system
1 – Site has proper signage 2 – Good access road 3 – Tanks accessible for inspection 4 – Tanks in operation appear to be structurally sound. The second tank used for grease septage had developed a leak at the bottom of the tank. Billy stated that this tank is no longer in use and will be removed. Currently they are using one of the sludge tanks for grease septage. Have another tank on site. Tank will be added eventually. Since the tanks’ volumes are different now, an application for permit modification needs to be submitted. The application needs to include the current volumes for the different types of septages and sludge. Also, include the tank to be added and how it will affect storage volumes. This was the situation in 2017 and new permit needs to be submitted due to volume change 5 – No vector or odor issues noted. Septage appears to be handled in safe and sanitary manner
6 – Area where trash bin needs higher wall to prevent spillage on backside 7 – Setbacks appear compliant
