Dear Ms. McKee:
Attached is the completed Industrial Landfill Annual Report form for Duke Energy Progress (Duke) Roxboro Electric Steam Plant Landfill (Permit No. 7302-INDUS) for the past year (7/1/2016 –
6/30/2017).
The landfill only accepted waste from Duke's Roxboro Steam Electric Plant. Approximately 312,309 tons of waste was received by the landfill during the most recent twelve month period. Since the landfill
went into operation and through the most recent survey on May 7, 2017, approximately 6,206,313 cubic yards and 6,158,457 tons of waste have been disposed in the landfill.

As required by G.S. 130A-309.09D(b), the County Manager for any county that generated waste for disposal to this landfill is sent a copy of the Annual Report. Therefore, a copy of this Annual Report is
being provided to the County Manager for Person County.
