1 – Site has proper signage 2 – Buried concrete tank with capacity of 1,200 gallons. Area is well maintained with posts to prevent vehicles from driving over the tank 3 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner 4 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted 5 – Setbacks appear complaint 6 – Stored septage appears to be used in a timely manner
