1 – Inspected pump truck: VIN – K80DVX11811; NC tag YA140330, waste tank volume 2000 gallons 2 – Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger
than three inches on both sides of the truck. 3 – Tank appeared structurally sound and securely bolted to the frame 4 – Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order. Caps were present on the access ports 5 – No evidence of leakage from either tank, valves or access ports
