Partial Facility Compliance Inspection.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS;
01 - Permit issued on April 12, 2018. Life of Site permit.
02 - Facility has adequate signage and security. 03 - Facility has 4 Certified Landfill Operations Specialist: Johnny Ray Roscoe, expires 12/16/2018, Ronald G.
Brownfield, expires10/19/2019, Kimley L. Brown, expires 9/27/19 and Justin K. Harrison, expires 9/27/2019.
04 – Incoming load tickets reviewed and has all required information. 05 - Last Groundwater and Surface water report was dated 3/28/2018.
06 - Last Landfill gas monitoring report was dated 5/28/2018. 07 - Scrap metal pile getting large. Last record for removal was 11/14/2017. 08 - White goods are stored upright. Last report for CFC removal was dated 4/12/2017. Facility plans to start their own
CFC removal. Has trained staff and will keep onsite records for review. 09 - Scrap tires are laced neatly into box trailer.
10 - Yard Waste area is being managed well.
11 - Edge of Waste Markers on the CDLF are removed for work being done on slopes and moving some waste back inside of the footprint. CDLF will be surveyed and Markers replaced as soon as construction completed.
12 - Continue efforts to control erosion during slope construction.
13 - Overall management of this facility is good. 14 - Digital pictures taken during this inspection.

The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.
