or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) Site visit conducted to inspect a new field to be added to the site and to inspect the current permitted
field. New area evaluated. The area that could be permitted was marked. New area was not GPS’d
today.
2) The required signage is present before you enter the site.
3) The access road is well maintained.
4) Markers up for the current permitted field.
5) No application issues noted. No spot dumps or thick application noticed.
6) The current bermudagrass field had been overseeded in rye.
7) No application at time of inspection. pH not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed.
9) Setbacks checked.
10) Records not checked.
11) Collected a composite soil sample form the permitted field.
