with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Cropstand appears adequate at this time. Control weeds in the coming months.
2. No sign of recent or heavy application. No odors noted. No sign of land application outside the permitted
boundaries.
3. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met but were not measured at this time. Field markers appear
accurate however the one at back left corner is leaning/needs straightened and it appears that one is
missing along the left side of the site (post a maker midway on this line) – ensure that 50’ setback from
the property line is present on this left side.
4. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
5. Currently only Cooper Septic Tank Service is authorized to discharge on this site.
6. Soil sample shall be taken by the permitted holder this fall.
