ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The septage tanks (#1,#2, #3) appear structurally sound. The dewatering box has not yet been moved from the
Charlotte facility to here – when it does and the dewatering process resumes at this location then treatment
logs shall be required for this site.
2. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills, vectors
or odors noted. The screening box/wheel barrow area is significantly cleaner at this time – this area should be
routinely monitored for septage spills.
3. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
4. The approved setbacks are being met.
5. The required 5’ cleared radius (free of excess vegetation or debris) is present around the tanks at this time.
