ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Discussed/reviewed submital for permit renewal. No change with tank, appears structurally sound & located
within concrete containment area. Grease trap waste is discharged directly into the tank by trucks (the adjacent
unloading bays are not used) and the waste is not introduced into the rendering process at this facility. It is later
removed directly from the tank by trucks. Not a significant amount of grease trap waste is stored at this
location.
2. No spills, vectors or odors noted. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and
sanitary manner.
3. The required “No Trespassing” sign is posted on the perimeter fence. The access road is adequate.
4. The approved setbacks are being met.
5. Thank you for your time.
