OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: NONE The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS: 1) Signage present on both sides of the path as you get to the site. 2) Access road is well maintained. 3) Disposal boundaries for both fields clearly marked. 4) No septage discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundaries for both fields. 5) No spot dumps or thick applications noticed today. 6) The bermudagrass in Field A had been harvested and the winter crop planted. Field B will need to be harvested and the winter crop planted as soon as you can make the 30 day waiting period. 7) No application at time of inspection. pH not checked. 8) No objectionable odors noticed today. 9) The markers along the southern edge of Field A had been moved to meet the 50 ft setback requirement to the property line. Setback distances should be in compliance now. The southern markers for Field A had been moved to meet the 50 ft setback requirement. The winter crop had been planted in Field A as evident by the drill marks.
