1 – Site has proper signage 2 – Good access road 3 – Permit shows field following tree line 4 – Septage discharges appear to be within boundaries of the tree line 5 – Applications appear compliant 6 – Crops are not present according to the nutrient management plan. Spraying and reseeding maybe needed to re-established proper growth of designated crops 7 – No objectionable odors noted 8 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance
