Minimal eroded areas were noted. 14. Top of cells that needed attention during last inspection have been addressed. 15. Grass cover is getting better but still needs some attention to better establish vegetative cover overall. 16. Leachate seeps were observed inside the lined landfill footprint during the last inspection. Facility staff should make necessary repairs to leachate seeps as they are observed. Several small seeps were noted during this inspection. Installation of a new gas well & gas lines has caused some of these seeps. Keeping the equipment off the toe of the landfill where it is so wet may help with this issue. 17. Staff started working on the leachate seeps during this inspection. May need to monitor for seeps more frequent. 18. Windblown trash is being addressed. Keep working face as small as possible will also help the windblown trash. 19. Corrective action needed from the findings of this inspection. 20. Digital pictures of this Compliance Inspection were taken and attached. The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility.
