ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Could only inspect field 2. Field markers appear accurate. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met
but were not measured at this time. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. No sign of
heavy or recent application. No odors noted. Weed control is needed this spring. Continue efforts to improve
fescue.
2. A new site entrance (larger) has been installed. The access road is adequate.
3. The required signs are posted, however the sign on Field 3 is faded and needs repair/replacement. The sign for
field 2 should be moved to the side of gate so that it is visible if the gate is open.
4. Soil samples will be taken by permit holder this fall.
