such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new vehicle (to replace vehicle tag#YA41659 which may be sold) – tag#YA142184, VIN
2NKHHM7X0KM244452, 2500 capacity. Lettering is correct on both sides of the vehicle. Outlet covers were
on, no drips or leaks noted. Tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. This vehicle & vehicle
tag#YA41660 are the two pump trucks to be used in 2018.
2. No other vehicle was inspected at this time. Also truck logs were not reviewed.
