1 – The site is located inside a gated community 2 – Good access road 3 – The underground storage tanks appear structurally sound 4 – No sign of leaks or spills and septage is being transferred in a safe and sanitary manner 5 – No apparent vectors or odors noted 6 - Approved setbacks appear to be met 7 – Tank accessible for inspection
