FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Site was re-GPSd to include the swale area on the west side of the site (swale has filled in over the years) and to take out a small area on the east side (new posts have been installed on this section). A new site map will be created from this data. 2. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met and that no land application has occurred outside the permitted boundaries. Discussed the current site map & required setbacks. Some clearing of vegetation has been done along the woodline. Field markers appear accurate. 3. The cropstand appears adequate but control weeds in the coming months. 4. No sign of heavy application. No odors noted. 5. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 6. Soil sampling will be done by permit holder this fall. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report. Phone: (910) 433-3352 Connie S.
