FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The access road leading into the site, to the two fields, is severely rutted in certain spots – difficult to drive without bottoming out. Regrade the access road asap to correct this situation. Also noted that some of the posted signs were faded. Discussed both items with Stephen Dickerson on site. 2. Reseeding work has been done, could see new growth/rows. Cropsstand is adequate at this time. Control weeds in the coming summer months. 3. As it is now April the field rotation per the nutrient management plan should be followed. 4. Field markers appear accurate. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. 5. No sign heavy or recent application. No odors noted. 6. Noted some ruts on the fields due to wet weather. 7. Soil samples will be taken by the permit holder this fall.
