The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS;

01) The property is owned by Ready Construction Co. Inc. the parcel ID# is 3647390080 the tract measures
78.61 acres and is recorded in book 1757 page 840 of the Wilson Co. Register of Deeds.
02)The LCID notification is recorded in Book 1799 Page 19 of the Wilson Co. Register of Deeds.
03) Land Clearing waste is being stockpiled on the back of the site and being covered. The West side of the Land Clearing waste is out of compliance with the 100 feet setbacks from property line. During this
inspection, the facility has moved in equipment and has started to move the waste back inside the footprint of
this Notified LCID.
04) Toby Mooring, is meeting with a surveyor to have corner markers put in to ensure this facility does not put waste outside of the landfill footprint again. 05) The Inert Debris (clean concrete & brick) pile is also out of compliance with the 100 feet setbacks
from the West side property line. Grinding contractor has been called to come and grind this waste. Start
grinding at the West end of the pile will allow for this facility to come back in compliance faster.
06) May need to put a silt fence up around the drainage ditch on the North side of the Inert Debris pile before grinding commences to ensure no water quality issue arise due to grinding. 07) Andy Davis, Wilson County Solid Waste Director has agreed to monitor this facility while
compliance issues are corrected. He will update John College on progress made.
08) Please notify John College when the survey work is complete and the grinding of inert debris starts.
09) Some non-conforming waste was observed in the Land Clearing waste. Facility staff was pulling this waste out during the inspection to be taken to the proper permitted landfill. 10) Corrective action needed from the results of this Facility Compliance Inspection.
