ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Tank #2 is currently damaged and not in use. Please inform this office if the tank will be repaired/replaced
or should be removed from the permit. The other twelve tanks appear structurally sound.
2. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills or leaks
noted. No apparent vectors or odors.
3. The approved setbacks are being met. No physical change in facility.
4. The required 5’ cleared radius (free of excess vegetation or debris) is present around the tanks at this time.
5. The access road is adequate. However, the posted signs on site are very faint and need to be repainted or
replaced.
6. The permit renewal is currently under review.
