Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

31,500 gallons container on site Removal of all tanks other than the 31,500 gallons
1 – Site has proper signage 2 – Tanks are accessible for inspection 3 – All tanks removed except the 31,500 gallons tank. SDTF permit needs to be updated accordingly
4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner 5 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted 6 – Setbacks appear compliant
7 – Stored septage appears to be used in a timely manner
