ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. “No Trespassing” signs are posted at the entrance, however they are on the gate and when the gate is open the
sign is not visible. Move a “No Trespassing” sign to another location on the fence so that it is always
visible.
2. A “Stanley Environmental” truck unloaded grease during this visit. Walked thru the waste treatment process
with Mr. VanShaick.
3. The above ground tanks appear structurally sound.
4. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills or leaks
noted. No apparent vectors or odors.
5. The approved setbacks are being met. No apparent physical change in facility. The access road is adequate.
6. The required 5’ cleared radius (free of excess vegetation or debris) is present around all above ground tanks.
7. Please submit the permit renewal application as per the notification letter dated February 7, 2018. As
part of the submittal, authorizations for all solid or liquid disposal from this facility are required
including the screening debris.
8. Did not review treatment logs at this time. A copy of the logs will be submitted with the permit renewal.
