ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

1. This facility consists of one below grade 3,000 gallon concrete tank for the storage of domestic septage discharged from recreational vehicles. The waste from any recreational vehicle that is used as a permanent residence is
prohibited from being stored in this tank.

2. Set-back/buffer requirements appear to have been met.

3. Appropriate signage is posted for the site.
4. All weather roads are maintained for access to the site.
5. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and well maintained.

6. The area around the tank were found to be free of spills and debris
7. No odors were observed around the tank.
