15) The area of leachate seepage noted in the previous inspections as being observed near the toe of the western
sideslope of Phase 1 has been repaired. No leachate was observed leaching from the landfill sideslopes during
this Facility Compliance Inspection. Some minor erosion and rilling from recent rain events was observed in
this area. This area is in need of seeding and mulching to establish a groundcover suitable to prevent erosion
of your landfill cap system. *Please closely monitor this area to ensure the effectiveness of the repairs. If
further leachate seepage is observed, measures should be taken to prevent the migration of leachate outside
the permitted disposal boundary.
16) No off-site erosion was observed during this Facility Compliance Inspection.
17) *Continued corrective measures are required as a result of this Facility Compliance Inspection.
