or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS;

1 - This site is owned and operated by the Town of Jamesville. Parcel ID#0101451 and is recorded in
Book L-
9, page 774 of the Martin Co. Register of Deeds.
2 - This site is very small.
3 - The site is secured by a chain link type fence with a locking gate.
4 - Looking at this site, it appears not to be used very much. Large Yard Waste is being chipped as
mulch. Grass and leaf’s will be composted.
5 - The total site is being maintained well.
6 - Digital pictures taken and attached for this site visit.
