OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
1. The No Trespassing sign posted at the tank is illegible and needs replaced per Rule .0841(k). This was noted on
the audits of 4/27/2017 & 10/18/2016 with no action taken. Please replace the “No Trespassing” sign.

or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The tank appears structurally sound. No sign of activity, appears empty.
2. No spills or leaks noted. No vectors or odors.
3. The approved setbacks are being met. The access road is adequate.
4. The required 5’ cleared radius, free of excess vegetation or debris, is present at this time.
