“No Trespassing” sign present at first tank. Inspected 5 tanks.

1 – Site has proper signage 2 – The tanks are accessible for inspection 3 – Tanks appear to be structurally sound
4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in safe and sanitary manner 5 – No objectionable odors or vector problems noted 6 – Setbacks appear compliant
7 – Tanks appear to be used in a timely manner
