This letter is in response to your January 16, 2008 correspondence requesting approval for office use to be conducted at the above referenced Brownfields Property. Pursuant to Land Use Restriction Number 1 in the Notice of Brownfields Property, it states that commercial uses
must be approved by DENR. Office use is approved on the property as it relates to the
Brownfields Program and impacting the existing contamination on the property. Please note that
