General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

Tanks have been removed for permit closure Complete removal and seeding of area
1 – Sign has been removed and for sale sign placed instead. Called Ashely at about 11:35 am for confirmation of close out for the detention tanks
2 – Tanks have been removed 3 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner 4 – No objectionable odors or vector problems noted
5 – No signs of recent use of tanks and they have been removed from site. Form dated 02-21-2018 for closure submitted
