such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1- Site has proper signage
2- Good access road
3- Markers are up and appear to be accurate
4- Septage discharges appear to be within the permitted boundaries of Fields ST-1 and ST-2
5- Applications appear compliant
6- Crops are present and in good condition according to the nutrient management plan
7- No objectionable odors noted
8- Setbacks appear compliant
