Firm name has been slightly changed for 2018, inspected vehicle tag#HL2902, VIN#1HTMMAAN02H532684. The lettering has been corrected to reflect the new firm name – the required lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. 2. Reviewed the truck logs. It appears that the required information is being maintained however, please record the “full” street address for each pump job and also clarify which WWTP is used on a given day.
