has been successfully achieved in or along all roads and utilities in accordance with
the approved erosion control plan. With this certificate, the Town of Holly Springs
Engineering Department certifies that the above referenced project is in final
compliance with the Town's Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance
and therefore closes the active erosion control file for the above referenced project.
