10. Comments: A closeout inspection was conducted on August 23,2024. It was found that all the temporary
sediment and erosion control measures were removed, sediment basins were filled, and
permanent vegetation was stabilized.Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has
been established.No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are required. The project
is in compliance and released under the NC Sediment Pollution Control Act of 1973.
Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction
Activities(NCG01)must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination(NOT).The
NOT is available at: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination. Please note that
